Hey guys, its been a while, but I am still alive. A year ago I became a father and all parents know, that hobbies and related stuff is the last thing you have time for.

Anyway, I found something last month, that I would like to share with you. I am still working on the ultradive and OPS classification, but numbers in the classification list are still relatively low (around 80). I have to admit, it was easier to classify the chronographs.

Two theories why we see such a big difference in parts among the serials-batches:

I. Enicar produced a relatively big batch of cases and used them whenever there was a demand. This also could explain the sale of several NOS service cases in a specific serial range last and this year by a French seller.

II. Since both, ultradive and OPS are dive watches, its plausible that they often seen a service at the watchmaker, who changed parts to whatever was available at that time (means newer parts.

But back to what I wanted to share with you. I found a Japanese Calendar made by Enicar for the year 1966. The interesting fact is, that it is showing an ultradive. A calendar for the year 1966 means it was printed in 1965. Until know I thought the UD was a 1966 model, but maybe I have to change that to a year earlier. There are maybe some other sources that can give information about it, so stay tuned.
